Every new country used to mean a new set of templates, new copy, and a new deploy pipeline. That's fine for one market, expensive for a dozen.

Sanity as the content backend and Next.js as the frontend let country-specific content live as data rather than code, so opening a new market became a content task instead of an engineering one.
