How We Modernised Success Tutoring's Franchise Website Stack
A look at the architecture behind Success Tutoring's global franchise site — Sanity CMS and Next.js working together to launch new country sites in under an hour.
Success Tutoring runs a franchise network across more than a dozen international markets, and the old site treated every new country launch as its own small project. That doesn't scale once you're opening centres faster than a dev team can hand-roll pages.
We rebuilt the frontend on Next.js with Sanity as the content backend, so franchise recruitment pages, assessment booking flows, and country-specific content all come from the same schema instead of a forked codebase per market.
The payoff is speed: a new country's site is now a content operation, not an engineering one, which is what let the team go from planning a launch in months to shipping it in a fraction of that time.
